Changi Airport lounge

Since my job requires a lot of business trips to various South East Asian countries, I signed up for a credit card and got this priority pass (PP). This card guarantees 1-year of unlimited entry to more than 600 international airport lounges.

What is good to use lounges?
Well.. free meal, fast WIFE and comfortable seats and shower rooms...?
In my case, time in a lounge reduces my stress of frequent business trips.
(If you have to travel 3~4times a month, defiantly you would need...)

I would like to introduce Sat lounge in Changi international airport.
(There are three lounges, Sat, DBS and Singapore airline lounge. With your PP card, only Sat is available)

This how it looks like

When you enter

Buffet

I come here quite often but their menu does not change dramatically. This is basic salad, pasta and cheese assortments

Interesting thing is they considered the large population of Muslim, Hindi and vegetarians in Singapore.
So they serve fresh vegetables, stir-fried Chinese style vegetables, boiled vegetables with Indian curry and venetian meat.
There is only one kind of meat, chicken!
(I don't know why none of religion tries to project chickens...)

You can also have different kinds of fancy alcohol

And cup noodles!
(Don't surprise, this is also vegetarian flavour..)

I finished my lunch with cappuccino and cakes :)

OK, time to flight to Myanmar
See you~~

Starbucks thermos bottle

I  just have to admit that I may like limited additions and stuffs that can harm my wallet.

Well I bought another Starbucks tumbler the NEXT day I bought one.
But... Precisely saying, this is not a tumbler but thermos bottle, so it is ok to buy another one....

It looks like this.
Pink Sakura printing on the greenish+bluish background.
As Sakura does not grow in Singapore, my colleague says it looks like Chinese cherry blossom.
Doesn't matter I just like pinky flowers
(Personally I think it is better to change that huge STARBUCKS!! letters on the bottle. Please, i know where you are from...don't shout..)

If you buy any tumbler/thermos, you will get this voucher, which guarantees one FREE drink with ANY size haha!
The price of thermos was around 36 Singapore dollars (=26 USD), but if you consider the highest price with biggest size you can get for free is around 8SGD,
so the actual expenditure you can feel is 28SGD

I actually bought this caramel nutty chocolate cake with my bottle

I know i am not a photographer who can take pictures with high quality camera
But i wanted to show how big those chocolate chips were and how thick the caramel source was.
The source was AMAZINGLY addictive, may be due to the right ratio of salty and sweet tastes

And this is the FREE venti size dark mocha Frappuccino I got

My first Starbucks tumbler

I know they sell good products, and until now I successfully resisted the temptation.
'I am not a person who buys another tumbler knowing that I have only one mouth to drink.'

But... well it was very tiring morning.
I crawled to a Starbucks near my office, almost was like a dead zombie due to overwork last night.
Then you see sakura, pink, flowers, more flowers displayed on the shelves.

...Can you just turn your eyes away?
yea, I tried......

But realized this was in my hand..

Do you know what is so special about this?
Aside from beautiful gradation of pink on top and foggy white bottom part...

It is actually DIY tumbler.(I didn't know until I open it)
You can separate it and draw whatever on the pink part with a pen.
(You will find a free pen inside of the tumbler)

I read the instruction saying that is "un-erasable" pen, then I was reluctant to draw on it.
I could not ruin the life of this beautiful, 36 Singapore dollars worth of, pink and shiny tumbler with my hand.
Yes I should admit I am not talented in art.

OK.
I will have to go back to Korea and ask my designer sister to draw something.
Until that, I will use it as it is.

**I visited Starbucks again the next day and found this DIY type of tumblers were sold out in a day.
I guess they love DIY stuffs.
